Extremely happy with the prompt service by your two technicians. Wasn't expecting to have them arrive so soon within 15 minutes. Very pleasant, polite and they explained that my antenna and cable were so very old and outdated causing my reception to have severe pixelations. The also connected my Video/dvd recorder and explained how to use it with my smart tv (yes, I'm of the older generation) Thank you gentlemen- much appreciated.
